Generally, we aim to get most reports finalised within 2-3 days of completion of fieldwork. However, times can vary depending on the nature and complexity of the report. Your assigned manager will be able to provide an estimate for any specific report.

No. Anyone can make a booking request through our platform as a guest user. However, if you’re registered on our platform we recommend that you make bookings through our secure portal. Using our online platform to manage your routine bookings with us, enables us to keep costs down and to maintain our quality of service at competitive prices.
